If your vacuum coating processes demand more temperature control for your Quartz Crystals, this is the Sensor to use. With 1/4” diameter cooling tubes, your liquid cooling fluid supply is sure to reach the Crystal Sensor with less flow restriction, and more effective cooling. Even though this sensor body has a large profile, it still fits into a standard 2 3/4” ConFlat port without restriction, and has all of the same internal components, and uses our standard Crystal Holder that you’ve come to rely on with our full line of standard Quartz Crystal Sensors. We manufacture any style Vacuum Feedthrough to go along with this 1/4” tube Sensor (such as the NW 40 Flanges shown in the photo), as well as High Temperature, Right Angle, and Dual Crystal Sensors with the large diameter cooling tubes.  Call or contact us online for pricing and more information.
